Bank of Ghana announces Daily Exchange Rates for 17 September 2026

The Bank of Ghana has published its daily exchange rates for Thursday, 17 September 2026, reflecting the average interbank rates used by commercial banks for transactions at the close of business on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

According to the published rates:

• US Dollar (USD): Buying at GH¢11.4943 and selling at GH¢11.5058
• Pound Sterling (GBP): Buying at GH¢15.4575 and selling at GH¢15.4729
• Euro (EUR): Buying at GH¢13.2602 and selling at GH¢13.2724

The rates provide a reference for foreign-exchange transactions and indicate the prevailing interbank market levels for the three major currencies against the Ghana cedi.

The Bank of Ghana publishes these rates as part of its regular foreign-exchange market information.
