Bank of Ghana announces daily exchange rates for Friday, September 11, 2026

The Bank of Ghana has published its daily exchange rates for Friday, September 11, 2026, showing the Ghana cedi’s buying and selling rates against major international currencies.
According to the published rates, the US dollar is quoted at GH¢11.4493 for buying and GH¢11.4607 for selling.
The British pound sterling is trading at GH¢15.4897 for buying and GH¢15.5064 for selling, while the euro is quoted at GH¢13.3108 for buying and GH¢13.3239 for selling.
The Bank of Ghana explains that these are average interbank rates used by commercial banks for transactions at the close of business on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
The rates provide an indication of the value of the Ghana cedi against major currencies and may be used as a reference by businesses, financial institutions and individuals involved in foreign-currency transactions.
