Bank of Ghana announces Daily Exchange Rates for October 6, 2026

The Bank of Ghana has published its daily exchange rates for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, reflecting the average interbank rates used by commercial banks at the close of business on Monday, October 5.

According to the figures, the US dollar is trading at a buying rate of GH¢11.7591 and a selling rate of GH¢11.7709.

The British pound sterling has a buying rate of GH¢15.5420 and a selling rate of GH¢15.5588.

Meanwhile, the euro is quoted at a buying rate of GH¢13.1846 and a selling rate of GH¢13.1966.

The rates provide an indication of the prevailing interbank foreign exchange market conditions and serve as a reference for transactions conducted by commercial banks.

The Bank of Ghana advises that the published figures represent average interbank rates at the end of the previous business day.
