Ministry of Health opens recruitment for 36th batch of medical and dental officers

The Ministry of Health has announced the opening of its recruitment portal for the 36th batch of medical officers and dentists who have completed their housemanship and received verification from the Medical and Dental Council.

In a notice dated October 25, 2026, the Ministry said the recruitment exercise is aimed at filling staffing gaps in health facilities across the country.

Qualified applicants have been directed to apply through the Ministry’s online recruitment portal at https://mohrecruitment.com, where they are expected to follow the application guidelines and select their preferred districts and agencies.

According to the notice, the portal will open on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with the deadline for submitting applications set for Thursday, October 29, 2026.

The Ministry has emphasised that the recruitment process is transparent and cautioned applicants against fraudulent individuals who may demand money in exchange for assistance.

It further warned applicants not to make any payment at any stage of the recruitment process, urging them to rely solely on the official portal and follow the stipulated application procedures.

The Ministry called for the cooperation of all eligible medical officers and dentists to ensure a smooth recruitment exercise.
