Minority Lacks Moral Ground To Demand Repatriation Costs Citizen Says

A concerned citizen has stated that the Minority in Parliament has no moral right to demand repatriation costs and should rather support the government’s agenda.

According to the citizen, the Minority’s demand is unjustified given their own record while in government and their continuous attempts to frustrate government business.

Speaking on the matter, he argued that instead of making demands, the Minority should collaborate with government to advance policies that will benefit the ordinary Ghanaian.

He added that governance is about continuity and collective responsibility, and therefore the Minority should put national interest above partisan politics.

He called on all sides to support efforts aimed at rebuilding the economy and restoring public confidence.
