Vice President, Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang reviews change of guard at Presidency

Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has reviewed the Changing of the Guard ceremony at the Presidency, where the Ghana Navy formally handed over guard duties to the Ghana Air Force.

The ceremony featured an impressive display of precision, discipline and coordinated formations, highlighting the professionalism and high standards maintained by the Ghana Armed Forces.

The Vice President commended the Ghana Navy for its dedicated service throughout its tour of duty and expressed appreciation for the commitment demonstrated in carrying out the important responsibility of protecting the Presidency.

She also wished the Ghana Air Force well as it assumes guard duties, urging personnel to maintain the discipline, professionalism and dedication expected of the Ghana Armed Forces.

The Changing of the Guard remains an important ceremonial tradition that showcases the discipline, readiness and unity of Ghana’s military services.
